Shipping Terms

We’re a small, dad-led brand and want to be as clear as possible about how shipping works.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been scanned and confirmed delivered by the carrier.

Order Processing

We process and ship orders Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Papa Bear Union will ship to the exact address provided with your order.
Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the package.

U.S. Shipping Options

If express shipping is not selected at checkout, your order will ship with our standard economy option.

  • USPS Economy Shipping
    Orders process and ship within 7–10 business days and travel via economy transit. Transit times vary by destination.

  • UPS Ground
    Not an express option and not guaranteed by UPS. Orders process and ship within 7–10 business days and travel via UPS Ground. Transit times depend on distance from our warehouse.

  • UPS 2nd Day Air*
    Orders with 2nd Day Air selected will ship within 2 business days and travel via UPS 2nd Day Air. Weekends and holidays are not business days. Express shipments do not arrive on Saturdays or Sundays; they arrive on the next business day.

  • UPS Next Day Air*
    Orders with Next Day Air selected will ship within 2 business days and travel via UPS Next Day Air. Weekends and holidays are not business days. Express shipments do not arrive on Saturdays or Sundays; they arrive on the next business day.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items will be clearly marked as “Pre-Order” with an anticipated ship date. These dates are estimates and may change based on production timelines.

Pre-order items are not eligible for express processing. If you select an express method at checkout, your hat will ship with that method once it becomes available.

International Shipping

We use trusted international carriers to reach dads around the world. All international sales are final.

  • Countries We Ship To
    Eligible countries will appear in the dropdown at checkout.

  • Methods and Delivery Times
    Available shipping options and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. These estimates come from the carrier and can be affected by customs, local postal services, and other factors outside our control.

  • Duties, Taxes, and Fees
    Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are set by your country and are not included in our product or shipping prices. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Processing and Tracking
    Once your order is processed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

  • Returns and Exchanges
    International orders are final sale unless an item arrives damaged. Return shipping costs and any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
