From the Locker Room to Fatherhood
Papa Bear Union began when I became a dad and couldn’t find a hat I was proud to wear. Everything felt loud, cheesy, or didn’t fit my style. With a background in sports and time working for an NFL team, I wanted something that felt collegiate and athletic, like a team logo, but quietly stood for fatherhood. So I designed the kind of cap I wished existed: subtle, varsity inspired, and made for dads.
When I designed these hats, the goal was simple: create a cap dads can be proud to wear, with a premium feel, everyday comfort, and quality that lasts season after season.
