No Refund, Return, or Exchange Policy for Hats
At Papa Bear Union, we’re a small, dad-run brand that puts a lot of care into every hat. To keep our quality high and our operations simple, we follow the policy below.
All Sales Are Final on Hats
All hat purchases made through Papa Bear Union are final sale.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any hat purchases for any reason, including size, fit, or change of mind.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect hat, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.

If the defect or error is confirmed, we’ll replace the item at our discretion.

The hat must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Papa Bear Union is not responsible for orders shipped to an address that was entered incorrectly.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the order.
